Meet Adriana.

As a Registered Psychologist in Calgary, I offer a warm, respectful space where you can slow down, feel understood, and focus on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll pair meaningful insight with practical tools you can use in your everyday life.
I work with older teens, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure of your next step, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and what might help you move forward.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one‑size‑fits‑all model of therapy. Instead, I draw from evidence‑based approaches and adapt our work to your goals, values, and circumstances so that it feels relevant and manageable.
I have training and experience in DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma‑focused therapies, mindfulness‑based approaches, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy. My aim is to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and create changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable.
My Clinical Approach
I value warmth and authenticity in the therapy room, while also offering structure and direction when it’s helpful. You can expect a balance of gentle curiosity, honest feedback, and concrete strategies.
Beyond insight, my hope is that you leave therapy with tools you can return to long after our work together ends: a clearer sense of who you are, a deeper understanding of your patterns and relationships, and more confidence in your ability to navigate difficult moments.
My Philosophy
I see therapy as a partnership.
You are the expert on your own life. My role is to bring clinical knowledge, curiosity, structure, and evidence-based tools to help you better understand what is happening and decide where you want to go from here.
Sometimes therapy means learning new skills. Sometimes it means making sense of experiences that have shaped you. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to recognize what you need and finding the courage to act on it.
There is no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out.
We start where you are.
