Meet Adriana
I am a Calgary based Registered Psychologist dedicated to helping you move from reactive to resilient through a warm, collaborative partnership. In my practice, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where your culture and unique identity are honored. Together, we blend compassionate listening with concrete, research-backed tools to help you feel secure. Therapy is available in English and Spanish to ensure you feel truly heard.

My Approach
Collaborative, Practical, and Tailored to You
Rather than only focusing on what’s wrong, we’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and clarify what you want to be different. Together, we’ll build skills to manage difficult emotions, change unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.
Evidence-Based, Trauma-Informed Care
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused approaches, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy. You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you begin—we can figure that out together.

In-Person Sessions
Meet in a comfortable, quiet office space in Calgary. In-person therapy offers a grounded environment to focus entirely on your healing process without distractions.
You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone
In-person or virtual — we can find an approach that works for you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may know that something needs to change without knowing exactly where to begin. A consultation gives us an opportunity to talk about what you're looking for, answer your questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right next step.
Virtual Sessions
Access care from the privacy of your home across Alberta. Our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform provides the same collaborative connection with added convenience.
Common Questions

How do we get started?
We begin with a brief consultation to discuss your needs. If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule an initial assessment to understand your history and set clear goals for our partnership.

What is your approach to therapy?
I use a collaborative, trauma-informed approach blending CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to help build lasting connection and communication skills.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I provide secure video sessions for clients across Alberta. Online therapy offers the same quality of care and connection with the added convenience of being in your own space.

Are your services covered by insurance?
Most private insurance plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychologist. I recommend checking with your provider; I provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement, or offer direct billing.
